In the process of motorized spindle maintenance, we usually need to disassemble the high-speed motor, so what should we pay attention to in disassembly, so as not to damage the motor equipment? Now let the star wheel explain for you one by one:
Vibration will damage the carbon brush when removing the end cap and armature, so the carbon brush should be removed from the carbon brush pool first.
The angle between the two carbon checks and the diverter is not necessarily the same. In order to ensure that the left and right carbon brushes can be restored to their original state during installation, they must be marked before taking out the carbon brushes. Also, remember not to touch the contact surface between the carbon brushes and the commutator.
At one end of the high-speed motor, there is usually a cooling fan. At the other end, there may be a speed measuring magnet or speed measuring ring. When disassembling the cooling fan blade and magnet or speed measuring ring, we must be careful not to break the fan blade or speed measuring magnet.
A mark should also be proud of the fan sleeve or between the magnet sleeve and the shaft so that the original marking position can be installed after repair.
Because the dynamic balance test of high-speed motor is carried out with fan blade or speed measuring ring (speed measuring magnet), it must be assembled according to the mark when disassembly. Once the speed measuring ring or fan blade is damaged or not assembled according to mark, even if other parts are repaired well. After assembly, the unbalanced vibration of the whole machine may be caused when running at high speed.
When disassembling high-speed motors, hammers, punches and other hard knocks should not be used. Rama should be used. When using Rama, attention should be paid to: Rama's top should be directly on the top eye. Rama's top and top eye should be padded with a protective pad, which aims to protect the top eye of armature shaft from damage. Fixed the end caps at both ends of the cutter and mark them on the lower end caps before disassembly so that the machine can be repaired and installed as it is.
The bearings on the armature should be carefully cleaned. Clean house gasoline should be used when cleaning, and 7014 (or 7018) bearing grease should be used to fill the bearing chamber after the gasoline is dry (the bearings of high-speed motors can not use ordinary butter or molybdenum disulfide). It should be kept in a clean place. If the surface of the commutator is flat and has a purple luster, this is the oxide layer that can protect the surface of the commutator. Rub the soft brush to remove the powder on the surface.
