1. Measure static and dynamic radial runout, lift clearance and axial channeling according to the damage of motorized spindle.
2. Remove the motorized spindle with a special tool made by ourselves. Clean and measure the rotor swing and wear.
3. Selection of bearings. The consistency error of inner hole and outer diameter of each group of bearings should be less than 0.002-0.003 mm, the clearance between inner hole and sleeve should be 0.004-0.008 mm, and the clearance between inner hole and spindle should be 0.0025-0.005 mm. 4. The cleaning of bearings is an important link to ensure the normal operation and service life of bearings. Do not use compressed air to blow the bearings, because the hard particles in compressed air will cause the raceway to hair.
5. Tapered bearings or angular contact ball bearings must pay attention to the bearing installation direction, otherwise it can not meet the rotary accuracy requirements. Special tools are used in the whole assembly process to eliminate assembly errors and ensure assembly quality.
6. When the inner hole of sleeve is deformed, the roundness is out of tolerance, or the bearing is loose, the local electroplating method can be used to compensate and grind to the requirement, and this method can also be used at the journal.
7. The end faces of the round nuts and oil seal caps on the motorized spindle are in close contact with the end faces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing respectively. Therefore, the verticality of the threaded parts and the end faces is required to be very high, so the contact conditions can be checked by coloring method. If the contact rate is less than 80%, the end face can be ground to meet the requirement of verticality. This work is very important. Its accuracy will affect the radial runout of the spindle connecting rod of the grinding machine, thus affecting the surface roughness of the grinding workpiece.
8. After assembling, the spindle should be adjusted axially (measured by tension spring balance when adjusting), and the static and dynamic radial runout and lifting clearance should be measured until the assembling process requirements are met.
9. Under the actual operating conditions of the machine, the influence of assembly, thermal deformation and other factors during the operation of the machine is eliminated. At a certain speed, the dynamic balancing instrument is used to balance the rotor.
